Refund § Cancellation Policy

At Studio Miscela, each product is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following terms.

 

Product Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

• Be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or accompanying materials, if applicable.

• Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, size, pattern, and surface finish may occur. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.

 

For hygiene, safety, and resale reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, returned incomplete, or are no longer in resalable condition.

 

Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

 

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Studio Miscela cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, after receiving your order, you may request a return in accordance with this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

Workshops & Accommodation

Workshop bookings and accommodation reservations are subject to the cancellation and refund terms provided at the time of booking.
